Find Who Has Stopped Following You on Twitter

You followed someone out of a deal—You follow me, Take my word, I’ll follow you back.

You had this deal with hundreds of twitter users, and now you have a respectable follower count.

But suddenly, you find your follower count start dropping. But things are different now. As your follower count is in hundreds now, it’s not possible to visit each user account you are following and check whether he/she is following you back or not.

You know, someone has broke the deal; but don’t know who.

Don’t frown, you can find the deal breaker, not one but all. Friend or Follow will help you find all those twitter users who you are following but they are not following you back.

How to use FriendorFollow:

--Go to FriendOrFollow.com

--Just put YOUR Twitter username in the text box that says “Put your username here” and click Submit.

You will see the usernames of all those people you are following, but they are not following you back.

Grow your followers with Twitter Friends

The home page of Twitter Friends – shows a tag line “Grow your community”. In simple this means, grow your Twitter followers”.

How Twitter Friends helps you grow your follower count:

To achieve this, Twitter Friends adopts a very smart way.

To grow your follower count using Twitter Friends, You need “Twitter Friends Credits”.

--You can earn Twitter friends credits in the following ways:

 Join and you will get 35 credits.

Members can earn credits by following others: On the home page a member finds a list of members who are giving credits in return of being followed. You follow the members of your choice and in return earn the credits.

Members can buy credits too: By subscribing to paid subscription. That way, one will be excused of earning credits by following. In addition, the following count will also remain at a respectable low number.

How you use Twitter Friends Credits to increase your follower count:

Just as the other members are giving credits for being followed, and are featured in the homepage list; you will also give credits in return of being followed (Twitter Friends admin takes care of the process, you don't have to do anything).

Once your accumulated credits get exhausted, you will have to earn credits again. For that you either can follow others or go for paid subscription.

Our opinion:

The concept of Twitter Friends works well. Following members, sharing a common interest as yours, for credits is actually a growing exercise. And if done correctly, means with discretion, one can actually grow his/her follower count.

Going for Paid subscription is also rewarding, as it gives premium rewards, plus it doesn't put pressure on your twitter account's following count. In addition it saves a lot of time, which can be devoted to building content on one's twitter account.

Make money on Twitter with Ad.ly: Unleash the true power of your twitter account

What makes "Ad.ly" different from other twitter monetizing programmes is that unlike other programmes which show a member a list of advertiser tweets (with a definite amount of money or incentive) to choose from;      AD.ly gives an ADVERTISER the options to choose the members who he wants to tweet about his service/product and; the monetary incentive he wants to pay to any particular member (Although, a member has to quote what he/she wants to charge for every tweet).

In addition unlike other twitter monetising programmes, which make their advertiser tweets open to all members and then pay the tweeters on the basis of pay-per-click or pay-per-action basis; ad.ly gives an advertiser's tweet to the members of the advertiser's choice and make the payment to the chosen member as he/she tweets the advertiser tweet.

What we like:

In a world where money is an important resource, it’s always good to give discretion to the person who owns the money. This way money not only gets spend in the right manner; it also reaches the worthy hands.
Since the programme unleashes a twitter account’s monetizing power thru advertiser’s money, giving primary choice and spend discretion to the advertiser seems quite logical.

The model also ensures better monetizing from a member's perspective.

A member with a very focussed niche twitter account or a member with a high follower count, automatically commands more monetary incentive per tweet and more advertisers.

In addition, if advertising is basically a spread of word exercise, then while an advertiser gets better reach, the publisher (member who tweets) gets his reward just for assisting the advertiser do so.

How you Make Money On Twitter with Ad.ly:

--Join and advertisers will pay you for tweeting their tweets. You decide what you charge for every tweet. The advertiser looks at your quoted price and decides whether to associate with you or not.

--Refer friends and earn 12% of whatever they make.

But don't get bothered if you don't see a surge in traffic in the beginning. Keep commeneting, and spice it with quality content on your blog. Don't doubt the method, you'll be surprised to see your traffic rise, once you put in the initial effort.

Big bloggers do it, you should try it too.

An iPhone 3GS shipped to your doorstep without you spending even a single penny

Popularity has different meanings for different people. But since we are going to talk about the ways that make an entity popular; then one sure way of becoming popular is to carry a tech gadget the whole world wants to have.

Like an iPhone 3GS, or an iPod Touch.

What about, any one of the above two or both, shipped to your doorstep?

Then you can surely become popular. Don’t you? In your close friend circle; at least.

No, you don't have to spend even a single penny to own an iPhone 3GS or an iPod Touch or for that matter any other stuff that you fancied for long. Nor you have to read emails, stuff envelopes, participate in surveys or do anything which marketing Gurus want you to do, to earn troves of cash.

And why should anyone want you to believe in such idiotic claims and offerings?....After all what you are getting in return of your effort, is just an iPhone 3GS.

All you have to do, to get an iPhone 3GS, is to join Lockerz.

Lockerz is a concept which wants you to visit Lockerz everyday, accumulate points and then redeem the accumulated points for an iPhone 3GS or iPod nano or any other stuff, showcased for you at Lockerz. That’s it, and nothing else. Isn’t it simple?

But the site is not open to all; Right now membership is by invitation only.

But that's not a big deal, just ask and I'll send you the Lockerz invitation within 24 hours.

Just Fill the form and send it to me.

And don’t bother about the spam concerns(email misuse); as I would not be writing this piece, if I believed in spamming. So be assured.

Should I add my adsense ads showing site on TEs

The answer is NO.

Look at the whole scenario this way: Most of the ad programs, like adsense, adbrite etc pay a publisher on the basis of Pay per click and Pay per impression model. The more the number of visitors to a blog/website means the more impressions and thus more clicks.

So, no wonder most of the ad programs don’t allow a publisher to put their ads on blogs/ sites submitted to Traffic exchangers.

Traffic Exchangers too don’t allow a user to add blogs/sites with ad programs on their exchanges.

So what should you do?

You should use Traffic exchangers for those blogs/sites that do not show ads.

The objective should be to spread the word, rather than making insignificant money thru TE traffic and risking your hard to get adsense account.

Bringing in visitors to your Website thru TEs

In the second article of the series I discussed with you, the procedure of accumulating credits or points at a traffic exchanger, thru surfing; so the next logical step will be, to bring in the visitors to one’s website.

So in the third article: Article 3 of this series I’ll tell you how to add your site in a traffic exchanger. The idea is to assign the credits or points you have earned so far thru surfing to your site.

This is pretty simple.

Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Go to the Link which says “Add your url” or “My sites” or something like that.

Step 3: Add your site

Step 4: Validate it. TE Checks for pop ups ads, iFrames, adsense like programs etc.

Step 5: Assign the number of credits or points, you like to assign.

You are done.

You’ll get the visitors to your site, the number of which will depend on the credit to visitor ratio.

Registered with the best traffic exchangers: What NEXT!

As I said in my previous post--registering(opening an account) with the best traffic exchangers is the first logical step, in your journey into traffic generation.

Next step is ...Yes... bringing traffic to one's site.

For this, login to your account, using your user name and chosen password. If you don't find the sign-in box in the homepage itself, go to the member's area, and login there.
Once logged in. You'll see various utilities and info links that you'll need to use the program effectively. The links you need to pay attention to, are "Add Your wesite" and "My Account Info"(the link titles can be different, so in simple all you need to do right now, is to check your user account and add those of your blogs/websites, to which you want to bring traffic to.)

If you're not sure, about the blogs for which you want to get traffic, or you haven't created a blog yet--simply skip the "Add Your website" step; and Click the "Start Surfing" link straight away.

On clicking this link, you'll be directed to a page, called the surfing page. As the name suggests, on this surf page, you'll be shown sites/blogs one after another, one at a time. But as you're the one who has to do the surfing, you are provided with a counter at the top-left(or some other place)of the page. Most of these counters work on -- click the matching shape or number. When you click on the correct match, you're shown the next site. But there's a condition, a timer is shown adjacent to the match-the-shape counter, and you have to click the correct match only when the timer sets to zero or shows "Go".

For each site surfed you'll get a credit or two; on the basis of these credits, you'll be given visitors for your site.

I hope the second part of the series on traffic exchangers will help you surf instantaneously.

Bloggers and small businesses ! -- A free account at some Traffic exchanger can increase your traffic

One of the most difficult tasks for any blogger or product/service/concept seller on web is to bring traffic to his/her respective blog/site. Those who are new or are still planning to use web to promote their thoughts or businesses may argue the truthfulness of the assertion just made; but veterans in this field—admit that, bringing traffic to one’s blog/site is indeed the biggest challenge.
And you better believe – as no matter how well you write, no matter how revolutionary your product or concept is, if you can’t win the traffic challenge, sooner than later you’ll become an unsuccessful story on the web. And no one wants to be a loser.

Why you better believe?

As in comparison to the real world, the amount of information on the web is humongous…and unless you consciously put your business/thought/concept/product/service in the view of the prospective reader/buyer/user, no one will ever know about it.

Bigger organizations/companies know this well, that’s why they put huge resources and money to bring in traffic to their sites. Their efforts to bring in traffic always surpass the efforts they put in the developing/ adapting the product/service/concept.

One of the most effective ways of bringing in traffic is taking the services of traffic exchangers. As the name suggests, these programs give you traffic in return of traffic.

And before going further, one thing which makes a compelling case for using traffic exchange programs is that both big and small businesses/bloggers use them.

Only difference is that while big bloggers/businesses go for paid versions, amateur bloggers and small businesses go for free versions.

So it’s your pocket that’s the deciding factor on which type of exchange you choose—paid or free.

One thing, which I wish to put strongly is, free exchange is more than enough for growing bloggers and small businesses.

As I’m also into blogging, I always opt for free exchange, and I think it serves the blogging or small enterprise needs quite well. You’ve always the option to go for the paid one, once you think the need is.

I registered for many free accounts at different traffic exchangers and used them. From my personal experience, I’m listing for you five best traffic exchangers on web at present. You’ll get to know, the factors on which I based my decision while compiling the list in future write-ups. Right now if interested, you just need to take the first step—registering for a free account.

(PS: You can use the same username and password for different exchangers, and make sure you put correct personal information, that’ll help in case you are made some payments. Yes, you can earn too.)
